Phonophobia Ltd has been installing sound and lighting equipment for many years and know how exciting it can be, but daunting at the same time. Although every install is designed with the venues requirements & technical skills in mind we know that new technology can be scary. It doesn’t have to be.
We always offer a training session after every install. Which gives you a chance to ask questions and learn about the new equipment. Not everyone needs this, but some do so we can give us much or as little training as you need.
Phonophobia believe that after care is important. Further Training sessions can be booked if needed, but most importantly we are at the end of the phone to answer questions, give advice to help you in any way we can.
You are still important to us after the initial install is complete.
